Open Call for Exhibitors - Match XR 2024

Reserve your demo space for the biggest XR event in the Nordics!

The Match XR Event for 2024 will be held on the 19th of November from 12:00 to 20:00 at Metropolia Arabia Campus, Hämeentie 135 D, Helsinki.

The application is open from Monday 3.6.2024 to Friday 27.9.2024.

Are you creating with VR, AR, MR, AI, metaverse, web3, blockchain or similar? Show your product off to International peers and visitors! This is the form to apply for a place in the Expo Space. Exhibiting at Match XR 2024 is Free of Charge for all SME exhibitors!

We provide electricity and furniture (table, chairs) if needed. Please note that there is a limited amount of places available: the Expo Space can fit up to 50 exhibitors.

To ensure your place, please apply as soon as possible, the last day to apply is Friday 27th of Spetember. We will inform all applicants about the selections on 4th October the latest.

Furniture needs

If needed, Helsinki XR Center can lend chairs and one table per expo booth at the Match XR 2023 event. Please bring your own screens & extension cords (there is one electrical outlet available at the event booth).
