Match XR 2024: Open Call for Exhibitors
Reserve your demo space for the biggest XR event in the Nordics!
The Match XR Event for 2024 will be held on the 19th of November from 12:00 to 20:00 at Metropolia Arabia Campus, Hämeentie 135 D, Helsinki.
The application is open from Monday 3.6.2024 to Friday 27.9.2024.

This is the form to apply for a place in the Expo Space. Exhibiting at Match XR 2024 is made Free of Charge for European SME exhibitors by Helsinki XR Center and the Finnish AI Region (FAIR EDIH) (a small booth space normally valued at 1000 euro).
We provide electricity and furniture (table, chairs) if needed. Please note that there is a limited amount of places available: the Expo Space can fit up to 50 exhibitors.
To ensure your place, please apply as soon as possible, the last day to apply is Friday 27th of Spetember. We will inform all applicants about the selections on 4th October the latest.
