Research permit application

A research permit is Metropolia’s permission to approach its staff or students regarding research-related matters. You need a research permit when you collect data from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences’ students or staff, whether for scientific research, a thesis, or as part of an RDI project. Metropolia is committed to following the guidelines and recommendations of the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity. Therefore, a research permit can only be granted for research or thesis work that complies with ethical recommendations and good scientific practice.
